Metakaolin

Metakaolin MK is a finely amorphous aluminum silicate, produced by heat treatment of kaolin to produce metakaolin. Unlike other pozzolanic materials, meta-kaolin is not a by-product, which makes it suitable for use in concrete mixtures, and allows improving the concrete's resistance to compression, increasing its quantity and reducing its permeability.
